Vector Sales Advisors is a company that gives business founders, owners, CEOs, and other executives greater hope and freedom—hope that the future looks much different than their present and the freedom that comes from being able to focus on the business or personal matter most important for everyone to make a difference.

Our Founder Jeff Parris
As a former professional athlete and championship football coach, Jeff leveraged those experiences into a business career as a dynamic sales leader who owned and successfully operated multiple businesses and held key Vice President of Sales positions within start-ups, mid-market and Fortune 500 corporations. Jeff knows how to lead, work with others, and drive the change necessary to get results and allow an organization to achieve its goals. Leveraging expertise across all areas of running a sales organization and within varying sizes of different organizations, Jeff helps his clients identify, create and pull the “high impact levers” that get them to desired outcomes as quickly as possible. Growing revenue, achieving profits, developing your people and creating/changing the foundation, systems and infrastructure for long-term success have been achievements for organizations leveraging Jeff’s services and firm.
He successfully helped found and lead the sales divisions for three start-up corporations, including a technology company acquired by AT&T, for a 20X valuation increase for its shareholders upon exit. He founded and operated a regional retail organization and led significant sales turnarounds at large and mid-size telecommunications companies. Jeff maintains a reputation for being a hard-charging servant leader who wins through collaboration and acting with the end in mind.
Jeff holds an M.S. from St. Cloud State University, an MBA from Northcentral University, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jeff and his wife Jackie have three children. Jeff enjoys coaching youth sports, fitness, financial markets, entrepreneurship, motivational speaking, philosophy, and the financial markets. He and Jackie also volunteer time doing community education and advocacy work for families and individuals afflicted with eating disorders. Jeff and Jackie welcome families to contact them for help or direction if they are struggling in this area.

Jeff has done it—not just read or written a book about it but instead he has taken action to accomplish the hard work of building best in class sales organizations! Guess what? It is not easy nor something for the novice to lead the way. Be wary of those that suggest there is a magic wand or an “easy button”—that is the first sign you are working with an unqualified party. It takes hard work, inspirational and servant leadership and, at times, tough calls and decisions.
Jeff and his team possess experience in the trenches making it happen. Over the course of 20 years building out sales organizations, he and his team learned from successes and failures, studied the wins and losses and integrated those experiences into a practice and platform built on real world leadership application. Jeff also worked alongside and for some of the brightest and most accomplished business leaders in the US as well as witnessed incredibly broken leadership within some of these same large organization. By studying, working for and alongside great, good and not so good corporate executives–He has learned from observation and experience on how to both “do” and “not do” some of the critical things to make a sales organization great. Jeff is also scholar on business and has authored original research on sales and sales training efficacy.
